You do not need to be a marketing expert to use Storypitch.ai — Just fill out an AI form and get your message crafted optimally to reach your audience’s minds and hearts.
Additionally, you can submit your copy for a human expert review with your instructions.
What do your human experts specialize in?
Our experts have 15 years of experience in tech, business, storytelling, pitching and copywriting. When you’re ready, you can submit your copy for human expert review with your custom instructions. For instance, you can tell the expert what you’d like their review to focus on. The more comprehensive your instructions, the better!
Please allow 48 hours (Monday to Friday) for your expert to reply. Expert reviews are currently available in English and French, up to 650 words per review (most storypitch use cases are covered under this limit).
You can purchase additional expert review credits separately after you’ve purchased a bundle or a subscription.
IS THIS LIKE CHATGPT?

DO I NEED TO be good at prompting?
No, you do not need to write a single prompt. Prompting is already baked into our platform based on our decade-long agency expertise. Just answer a few questions about your project and hit generate!
DO I NEED TO HAVE MY STORY already SORTED OUT?
Not at all! All you need is to be able to answer a few questions about your project, things any founder would know. Our guided forms will help you clarify your thoughts along the way.
CAN I CANCEL ANY TIME?
Bundles are one-off payments, thus cancellation is not applicable.
If you’re on a subscription, you can cancel your any time from your Account page. You’ll still be able to access the platform until the end of your billing cycle.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
You can sign up for a free account with limited access, no credit card required.
If you decide to purchase a subscription, you’ll be able to cancel any time and still access the platform until the end of your billing cycle.
We do not offer refunds on any bundle or subscription. If you think you have a strong reason to get a refund, then please email hello [at] storypitch.ai and explain your case.
Do unused generations or expert review credits expire?
Unused generations included in our bundles do not expire (subject to our Terms of Service). Unused generations included in our subscription plans do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Expert review credits have a validity of 12 months after purchase.
Can I transfer unused generations or benefits between bundles and/OR plans?
No, proration or credits transfer is not possible within bundles and between bundles and subscription plans. Each bundle operates independently, and any unused generations or benefits under one bundle cannot be transferred to or applied toward another bundle or plan.
What languages do you support?
AI content can be generated in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch and German.
Expert reviews are only supported in English and French at this time.

We use Stripe as our payment processor. You can pay securely using all common credit and debit cards supported by Stripe.
